What You Need Before You Start

Every destination country has its own specific requirements, but there are general qualifications and documents that apply across all programs. Below is what you'll need to be eligible and what you should start preparing.

General Eligibility

To qualify for any of our work visa programs, you must meet the following basic criteria:

  • Construction experience of at least 3 years (verifiable)
  • Valid passport with a minimum of 3 years remaining validity
  • Clean criminal record at the federal level
  • Good physical health confirmed by a medical examination
  • Willingness to commit to the full duration of the work visa
  • Age requirements vary by destination (typically 25 to 45 years)

These are the core documents needed for most destination countries. Specific additional requirements will be communicated during your evaluation.

01Passport

Must be valid for at least 3 years. Scanned copy required (not a photocopy). If your passport is expired or close to expiring, we recommend starting the renewal process immediately.

Scanned copy, front and back on the same page. Must be current and valid.

03Federal Background Check

Certificate of no criminal record issued at the federal level. Must be no older than 3 months at the time of submission.

04Proof of Work Experience

Written certification confirming at least 3 years of experience in construction. Can be a letter from a previous employer, a union certification, or equivalent documentation.

05Medical Fitness Declaration

Health certificate issued by a recognized medical institution, including results of required medical tests. Must be no older than 3 months. Specific tests required may vary by destination.

  • Sworn declaration confirming no foreign employment in the past 18 months (notarized, in English and Spanish)
  • All documents translated into English and Hebrew
  • All documents apostilled and notarized
  • Signed work contract in three languages (Spanish, English, Hebrew)
  • Flight reservation and ticket to Israel

Dubai

  • Medical fitness test (typically completed upon arrival in the UAE)
  • Trade certification or skills assessment
  • Documents translated into English
Europe

Europe

  • Documents translated into the language of the destination country
  • Apostille and notarization as required by the specific country
  • Language proficiency proof may be required depending on the destination
Canada

Canada

  • Medical exam from a designated panel physician approved by the Canadian government
  • Language proficiency test may be required (English or French)
  • Trade certification or skills assessment
  • Documents translated and certified
